Registration & Purchases

Returns

All returns occurring past 45 days from purchase date are subject to a re-stocking fee to be determined at our sole discretion. The packaging and shipping costs for returns is the responsibility of the customer. Should a product be returned to us damaged, any reimbursement will be decided in our sole discretion. If the product arrives to you from our shipping location damaged, it is your sole responsibility to report the damage with immediacy upon opening said product's packaging. It will, then, be at our sole discretion if or not we shall provide any reimbursement, including shipping back to our shipping location. We assume no responsibility for damaged goods, being either physical in nature or digital medium.

Unlawful Activity

We reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of this Agreement and to take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to your profile, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.

Mailing Lists

When placing an order on the Website, your email address will be added to a specific mailing list to which we send periodic emails pertaining solely to your order. You may, at any time, opt-out of receiving these emails. Therefore, by placing an order on the Website, you agree to have your email address added to this list.

We send a monthly newsletter called Letters From the Farm to our customers on a confirmed opt-in basis. If you do not want your email address on our mailing list, simply unsubscribe form it using the unsubscribe link provided in the emails.

Customer Reviews

Customer reviews are hereby defined as a brief summary of text in which our customers describe their likes, dislikes, and/or comments about our products, accompanied by said customer's name, email address and a general rating based on a 0-to-5 star rating system. These reviews are moderated under the following conditions:

• We reserve the right, in our sole discretion to delete, modify or in any way change any customer review added to the Website, for any reason whatsoever.
• If the customer submitting the review does not provide all of the information required, we may execute our right of deletion/modification as stated in the above.
• We may or may not, in our sole discretion, remove, modify and/or change in any way a customer review upon request of the customer who submitted the review and upon proof of the identity as the customer who submitted the review.

Product Images

Images (graphics) of all products on the Website are not to be considered accurate in any way. Book covers and brands of supplies may vary from those shown in the images. All product images are for reference purposes only, and you hereby release us from fulfilling any returns and/or exchanges based on any inaccuracy of said product images. Furthermore, any product contained in a "Bundle Package" is subject to change without notice, therefore, any product shown in a product image is not, at any time, to be considered an accurate description of said product's contents.

General

The Website is owned, controlled and operated in the County of Anson, State of North Carolina, USA. As such, you agree that the laws of the Sate of North Carolina and Federal Copyright, Property and Intellectual Property laws will govern the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and elsewhere throughout the Website, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. In our sole discretion, we reserve the right, at any time and regardless of circumstance, to revoke access to, deny the service(s) of and/or refuse product(s) sales from the Website to the customer.
